Quality Inn & Suites Gatlinburg

Everything was great and rooms were new-fashioned and huge. The location was magnificent and favourable, not far from the mountains and forest and trolley stop. Bakery Donut Friar located 4 mi away was a nice surprise. The continental breakfast was enjoyable with lots of items to choose from.

We loved the comforts of this brand-new hotel. Even though you guys made our stay great, beds were very uncomfortable.

Possibly the best and amazing stay on vacation. Lots of food for breakfast, which was great to satisfy everyone. The room exceeded high expectations, large with a private balcony. The staff were welcoming and affable, everything was great.

I find the hotel brand-new, fairly clean and the staff is outstandingly accommodating. The units are updated, well-kept with a fireplace and a balcony, for instance.

Wanted to explore Gatlinburg and this hotel was characterful base for doing it. The property was located just off Gatlinburg and the mountains and forest. Again, the hotel was within good access to fun-themed mini-golf courses. We liked the breakfast.

It was a fabulous time staying at this stylish hotel. There was a good bar with variety of different food, such as burgers, pizza, salads, ice cream and potato chips. Wireless in the reception, convenient. Branded drinks, very good wifi were a nice surprise. Property was fairly clean, being near the beach.

I came here for 1 night and had an absolutely amazing stay. Easy location, understanding team, they made me feel welcome. I got free upgrade and loved it. Breakfast was complimentary, lots of food, large balcony. Quick check-in was a bonus. Could use their ample parking.

Highly convenient location, the restaurant was large and the service was personalized. Our room was decent and we loved the bathroom, it was luxury. There were fine internet and overnight parking available.

Friendly staff and hot breakfast with plenty of options. The room we booked was very clean. Only 10 min walk to downtown. You can relax at Landshark Bar & Grill, located nearby. Besides, it offers free WiFi;))

By and large, it was good home base for sightseeing in Gatlinburg, had much fun. All in all great location.

No complains at all, we would go back in flash. Breakfast was delicious and the bed was comfortable. It has large rooms. The location was quiet, with no way jose's nearby, where we could eat.
